Dear Exam Participant,

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this extended waiting period.

As previously communicated, we had been awaiting telc’s approval for the organization of a centralized telc examination for our international participants. However, as the approval process took longer than expected and it remained uncertain for some time whether the necessary approval would be granted, we were unfortunately unable to provide you with clear and detailed information at an earlier stage. We sincerely apologize for the uncertainty and inconvenience this waiting period may have caused.

During this process, some of our participants decided to cancel their exam registrations due to the extended waiting period. As we would not be able to reinstate the exam registrations of participants once their refunds had been processed, we proceeded with the refund process as carefully as possible in the hope of being able to offer you the opportunity to participate in this centralized examination.

We are pleased to inform you that we have now received the necessary approval from telc, and the following examination dates have been made available to us:

• Option 1: September 29, 2026 – Places available
• Option 2: September 30, 2026 – Places available
• Option 3: October 1, 2026 – Places available
• Option 4: October 2, 2026 – Places available

Should the available examination dates become fully booked, you will be informed accordingly.

The examination will be held at a centralized examination venue designated by telc, outside the DAS Akademie Istanbul premises.
The exact examination venue and examination time will be communicated to you by email on September 22, 2026.

If you would like to reconsider your cancellation and participate in the centralized telc examination, please contact us and inform us of your preferred examination date no later than 12:00 noon (Türkiye time) on September 10, 2026.

For participants who have made a final decision to cancel their examination, please be assured that all pending refunds will be processed according to the chronological order in which the refund requests were received. Your refund entitlement will not be affected.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the delay and uncertainty and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
